We are looking for a Lead - uPVC Category Designto drive design strategy innovation and product development for uPVC doors & windows. The role will lead the design function enhance product aesthetics & performance and align offerings with market trends and customer expectations.

We are looking for a Lead - uPVC Category Designto drive design strategy innovation and product development for uPVC doors & windows. The role will lead the design function enhance product aesthetics & performance and align offerings with market trends and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic & Innovation:
- Lead design innovation for uPVC product category
- Track market trends competitor offerings and customer preferences
- Strengthen product positioning through design differentiation
- Own end-to-end design lifecycle: concept prototyping production
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and quality benchmarks
- Drive project timelines efficiency and execution
- Optimize design costs in collaboration with procurement
- Contribute to revenue growth through market-relevant designs
- Ensure budget adherence
- Build customer-centric product designs
- Integrate feedback into product improvements
- Work with vendors/suppliers for material quality
- Lead and mentor design team
- Drive cross-functional collaboration (R&D Marketing Manufacturing)
- Support hiring and team capability building
Technical:
- Strong expertise in uPVC / Aluminium systems (Windows & Doors)
- Hands-on experience in CAD tools (AutoCAD / SolidWorks)
- Knowledge of materials manufacturing processes & prototyping
- Understanding of industry standards & compliance
- Product design & development
