OVERVIEW
AtkinsRéalisis seeking aWater Resources Civil EngineeringIntern Summer 2026to join ourRaleigh NCoffice.
YOUR ROLE
Assist with Hydrologic and Hydraulic calculations and modeling.
Responsible for preparing and compiling ArcGIS data for H&H modeling.
Provide administrative andoperationssupport.
Responsible for the compilation of data and the preparation of reports.
Coordinates operation withinorganizationunit to ensure consistency with policies and procedures.
Musthave good computer skills and be able toutilizestandard office software.
ABOUT YOU
EXPERIENCE:High school level courses in math technical drafting computerassisteddrafting and/or science may be. No experience isgenerallywith the applicable high school courses or equivalent training or if accepted into anAssociates or Bachelorsdegree program in a related technical field.
EDUCATION:Must have completed 30 hourstowards an engineering degree from an ABET accredited program by the start of the internship (Summer 2026).
SPECIAL SKILLS:
Math skills to perform simple calculations; willingness to learn.
Basic computer skillsto enter data into spreadsheets or databases.
Experience with ArcGIS Python HEC-RAS HEC-HMS (preferred)
