Facilities Maintenance Coordinator
Job Summary
Were looking for a Facilities Maintenance Coordinator who thrives on keeping things running this role youll be the goâto person for ensuring our workspace is safe functional and welcoming. If you enjoy hands-on work solving problems coordinating with people and staying one step ahead of facility needs youll fit right in.
WHAT YOULL DO
Serve as the primary point of contact for all facility-related requests.
Maintain building and grounds area. Identify and repair defective components of the facility including but not limited to electrical plumbing structural and cosmetic components.
Schedule and manage outside vendors for projects beyond ability or training/certificate/license coverage.
Generate purchase requisitions for needed parts and equipment negotiating competitive prices and deliveries to ensure that company resources are maximized.
Manage work orders track progress and ensure timely completion.
Develop and implement consistent maintenance and service plans for equipment and facility systems.
Support space planning office moves and equipment setup.
Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
Assist with safety programs inspections and compliance documentation.
Keep common areas organized functional and presentable.
WHAT YOU BRING
Hands-on experience in facilities operations or property management
Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
Clear communication and a customer-service mindset
Comfort working with vendors contractors and internal teams
Familiarity with work order systems and Microsoft Office applications (preferred but not required)
Ability to troubleshoot issues and take initiative

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
A High School diploma or GED is required/Associates Degree (A.A.) from a two year college or technical school (preferred)
Six (6) or more years related experience and/or training or
Equivalent combination of education and experience
