Reporting directly to the CEO the Senior Vice President Product & Data Analytics holds responsibility for portfolio leadership across product data and analytics and customer experience. This is not a pure product role. It is an integrator roleconnecting product strategy analytics capability and customer experience to drive revenue growth and demonstrable health impact across multiple lines of business.

This is a CEO-reporting role. The Senior Vice President Product & Data carries enterprise ownership of product data and customer experience strategy including leadership of a senior team across product management design CX and analytics. The role suits a leader who balances vision with execution moves forward with imperfect information leads through influence in a complex matrixed environment and whose ambition connects to measurable health impact not just commercial success.
The mandate:
The mandate is threefold.
First to maintain market leadership. The organizations flagship platform is well-established and widely adopted; the opportunity is to sustain product-market fit as capabilities expand deepening integration and ensuring the platform stays ahead of the market.
Second to establish data as a competitive advantage. Working closely with Technology integrate healthcare and benefits data at the member level and deploy analytics capabilities that differentiate the organization in the market.
Third to prove outcomes. Build on that data foundation to demonstrate with rigor that plan sponsors see ROI and that members experience measurable health improvement. This is both a strategic priority and a commercial imperative.
Underlying all three: driving enterprise-wide adoption of data and insights to inform decision-making prioritization and investment trade-offs.
Key responsibilities:
- Set and execute enterprise product data and customer experience strategy including end-to-end ownership of digital platforms data products and internal tools across multiple lines of business
- Build advanced analytics capabilities and outcomes frameworks that substantiate member health impact and plan sponsor ROI
- Partner with Technology leadership to integrate healthcare and benefits data at the member level and embed AI capabilities into products and operations
- Ensure continued product-market fit through Voice of Customer programs and data-driven decision-making
- Develop and lead a senior team across product design CX and analytics
- Represent product and data priorities to the Board plan sponsors and external partners
Required experience:
- 10 years in product data or platform leadership including 5 years at senior executive level with enterprise scope
- Proven experience leading large multidisciplinary teams across product data analytics and technology
- Track record building outcomes measurement or ROI frameworks that influenced how an organization sold or renewed business
- Experience translating AI or advanced analytics into production with measurable impact
- Comfort operating in complex matrixed organizations with multiple lines of business and competing priorities
- Healthcare insurance or financial services experience preferred.
