Opportunity Overview
Blue Star is seeking an experienced framing contractor or crew to support ongoing and upcoming residential projects. This role is ideal for professionals with a proven track record of delivering high-quality structural framing on schedule.
Scope of Work
- Perform layout and structural framing
- Complete wall floor and roof framing
- Read and interpret construction plans and specifications
- Coordinate material needs and maintain jobsite organization
- Collaborate with project teams and trades
- Ensure framing meets structural requirements and Blue Star quality standards
Contractor Requirements
- Proven residential framing experience
- Operates an independent business entity or sole proprietorship
- Own tools equipment and crew (if applicable)
- General liability insurance (COI required)
- Ability to manage schedule independently
- Strong workmanship and attention to detail
- Professional communication and reliability
Compensation
- Project-based or negotiated per scope
- Payment terms outlined in contractor agreement
