- 3 6 years of experience in Strategy & Operations Business Operations Product Operations Consultant or Program Management
- Experience working on cross-functional initiatives involving Product and Engineering
- Experience managing external partners or enterprise stakeholders
- Background in marketplace e-commerce or loyalty/rewards programs (preferred)
- Experience supporting product launches integrations or experimentation initiatives (preferred)
Education:
Bachelors degree in Business Economics Engineering or a related field
MBA or advanced degree (preferred but not required)
