WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
- An agile person who learns quickly and adapts easily to a changing environment and a growing department.
- An actionoriented fastlearning problem solver with a university degree in Logistics or a related field.
- Someone with relevant business experience in Supply Chain Logistics or IT.
- A candidate with fluent English strong attention to detail and very good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel (familiarity with AI tools and SAP would be a strong asset).
- A detailoriented and analytical individual who will support the execution monitoring and continuous improvement of logistics and fulfillment processes within Global Logistics.
- Someone who enjoys working with data and follows structured procedures.
- A person eager to learn and grow in a dynamic operational environment.

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US
Process Execution & Support
- Perform daily operational monitoring of process performance (e.g. shipment registration checks data completeness validation system-to-system integration monitoring).
- Conduct first-level root-cause analysis on deviations in E2SC SAP Blue Yonder or other relevant systems.
- Execute defined corrective actions following established SOPs.
Continuous Improvement Support
- Drive small-scale improvement initiatives.
- Support rollout of process changes designed by Grade10 engineers.
Stakeholder Interaction
- Collaborate with logistics teams IT suppliers and fulfillment to resolve daytoday issues.
- Communicate operational findings clearly and promptly.
Decision-Making Authority
- Makes decisions within defined process boundaries and SOPs.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical mindset; accuracy & attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of logistics fulfillment or manufacturing processes.
- Ability to work with operational data(Excel/Power BI basics).
- Ability to follow structured procedures and operate under guidance.
- Basic VBA/Macro/AI knowledge
Expected Output Examples
- Daily monitoring reports (e.g. shipment validation integration error logs).
- Updated SOPs or process flow diagrams.
- Datachecks and reports supporting decision making.
