Talent Acquisition Specialist
Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing and corporate functions including complex niche and hard-to-fill roles.
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and align hiring strategies with business goals.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job portals (Naukri LinkedIn) employee referrals vendor networks and niche talent channels.
- Drive recruitment planning to ensure positions are closed within defined timelines with high-quality talent.
- Manage the complete hiring lifecycle including screening interview coordination and selection ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Lead talent mapping and market research to identify and engage top talent proactively.
- Handle offer strategy including compensation benchmarking negotiations offer rollouts and candidate closure.
- Ensure strong candidate engagement throughout the hiring lifecycle to improve offer acceptance and joining ratios.
- Oversee onboarding coordination to deliver a smooth induction.
- Maintain recruitment MIS dashboards and analytics to track hiring performance and identify improvement areas.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies processes and audit requirements including adherence to applicable labour laws.
- Manage relationships with external vendors consultants and staffing partners.
- Drive employer branding initiatives through social media campus hiring and local outreach programs.
- Support workforce planning talent pipelining and succession planning initiatives.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes tools and strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Leverage AI-driven recruitment tools and HR technologies to optimize sourcing and hiring outcomes.
- Mentor junior team members and guide hiring managers on best recruitment practices.
Requirements:
- Strong expertise in end-to-end talent acquisition and recruitment strategy execution.
- Proven experience in hiring for manufacturing and high-volume environments.
- Ability to manage and close senior niche and hard-to-fill roles.
- Expertise in LinkedIn recruitment and advanced sourcing techniques.
- Strong experience in talent mapping and industry benchmarking.
- Proficiency in using job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn.
- Experience in leveraging AI tools and modern HR technologies for recruitment.
- Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience in recruitment metrics and analytics.
- Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
- Excellent communication negotiation and influencing abilities.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws HR compliance and hiring processes.
- Experience in vendor management and building sourcing channels.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (including Macros) and HR systems (Oracle preferred).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced ambiguous environment with multiple priorities.
- Strong leadership mentoring and collaboration skills.
- Results-oriented with high ownership and accountability.
- Strong proficiency in MS PowerPoint for creating presentations and HR Analytics skills.
Qualification :
- MBA in Human Resources (HR) or PGDM in HR or equivalent management qualification (preferred).
- Years of experience 8 to 12 Years.
