Job Summary

Description

In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Execution of FAT including assembly wiring and commissioning
installation and SAT at the customer site if needed
Clearly understand service contract scope
Identify specific technical issues in close cooperation with Afag sales team and customers
Search technical solution and resolve issues If needed involvement of technical experts from Europe
Work independently for service work of Afag products
Customer quality issue claim and follow up to close
Provide training on Afag products to customers staff
Issue customer feedback reports service reports
Keep good relationship with customer

For This Role You Will Need:

Basic knowledge in automation (PLC / NC / Vision/ Sensor configuration and parameter changes)
Excellent commissioning skills
Good in English and fluent in Mandarin
Ready to travel frequently to customer sites in China
Autonomous and problem-solving mentality
Work carefully and meticulously meticulous and responsible
Be familiar with the corporate culture of European and/or U.S. company
Working experience in automation industry is an advantage
Bachelor Degree
