Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Nissan Service Technician to join our team delivering high-quality diagnostics maintenance and repair services with a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently perform all tasks outlined in the repair order adhering strictly to the dealerships quality standards.
- Conduct thorough vehicle test drives and evaluate components and systems using advanced diagnostic tools and specialized service equipment.
- Diagnose maintain and repair a wide range of automotive systems including engine transmission electrical steering suspension brakes and air conditioning.
- Maintain clear direct communication with the Service Advisor to ensure customers are informed of any additional service needs and receive accurate estimates of the time required to complete these repairs.
- Carry out warranty repairs in accordance with manufacturer specifications to ensure compliance and quality.
Qualifications:
- Possession of a valid drivers license
- Proficient diagnostic abilities in electrical transmission and engine systems
- Strong maintenance and repair expertise
- The capability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced work environment
- Self-motivated with a strong commitment to excel in this role
- Reliable dependable and consistently maintains a positive attitude
- AVirginia State Inspectors License is preferred
- This position is not a trainee role or an express (lube technician) service role
