Superior Skilled Trades is seeking an experienced Plumbing Project Manager for a direct hire opportunity in the Charlotte NC area. This role is ideal for a driven professional with strong commercial plumbing experience who is also interested in growing into estimating and preconstruction responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage commercial plumbing projects from pre-construction through completion
- Coordinate with field teams subcontractors and vendors to ensure smooth execution
- Monitor project schedules budgets and overall performance
- Review drawings specifications and project scopes
- Assist with estimating takeoffs and cost analysis as needed
- Maintain clear communication with clients internal teams and stakeholders
- Track project progress and proactively address issues to keep projects on schedule
- Ensure all work is completed safely efficiently and in compliance with project requirements
Qualifications
- 5 years of commercial plumbing project management experience
- Strong interest in learning and developing estimating skills
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook)
- Comfortable learning new software and systems
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation
