Job Summary

JOB SUMMARY:

This role will gather data and operate the Express Now console on behalf of Attractions Operations. Works with Attraction groups and utilizes surveillance to determine real time metrics as it pertains to Express and adjust inventory levels of Express Now product accordingly. Compiles and provides reporting to Leadership on metrics redemptions and overall Express Guest Experience.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversee all daily operations of the Express Now program. Work with multiple business groups to adjust and manage inventory levels of Express now offers. Monitors surveillance systems and assists with in park validation of actual Express capacities to influence sales inventories and adjust as needed. Collaborates with Attraction Leadership Teams to determine Attraction capacity and communicate deficiencies that may impact Express Now sales.
Responsible for documentation and analysis of wait times per attraction to be used for future projections and communicate accordingly. Utilizes surveillance to audit and record previous wait times and interactions. Provides reporting on integrity opportunities and works to develop action plans for future.
Serves as a main liaison for Attractions Marquee Events data and Express metric collection and notification. Manages sustainment enhancement and expansion of the Digital Wait Time Card system on behalf of Attractions Operations. Notifies key stakeholders on inefficiencies and data as it pertains to operations.
Assist Support Teams in the development testing and rollout of new in-park technology. Create back-end reporting support systems where needed.
Understands and actively participates in Environmental Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy procedures training and team member involvement activities.
Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION:

High school degree or GED is required.
Associates (AA) or Bachelors degree is preferred with a background in finance accounting or computer science.

EXPERIENCE:

2 years of operations experience 1 years of data entry analysis and trending or equivalent combination of education experience.
Preferred experience with the Microsoft suite of applications and proficiency in SharePoint online.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Must be able to work with varying levels or management and communicate effectively and with confidence.
Strong computer database and analytical skills.
Must be highly proficient in working with Microsoft products developing reports and providing useful dynamic data based on user needs.
Ability to quickly learn new technology tools with little to no oversight.
