Job Summary
HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY
Work collaboratively with frontofhouse staff to ensure a positive guest experience and consistent food quality.
Prepare cook and execute recipes accurately across all kitchens.
Create new innovative and imaginative dishes as needed.
React quickly and resolve issues in the absence of the Sous Chef.
Provide support foster teamwork and conduct business professionally at all times.
Regularly inspect all food stations to ensure safety sanitation and compliance with standards.
Supervise kitchen employees during shifts when the Sous Chef is not present to ensure smooth operations.
Assist in covering vacancies within linelevel culinary positions as needed.
Responsibilities
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to lift carry push and pull up to 50 pounds
Ability to stand walk bend stoop reach and twist for extended periods
Ability to work with hot equipment sharp tools and kitchen chemicals safely
Ability to work in a smoking environment
Must be able to work in highheat areas for extended periods
Assist with administrative duties including ordering receiving prep lists and par levels
Qualifications
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
Must be 21 years of age or older
Proficient in English verbal and written
Ability to work in a fastpaced highvolume kitchen environment
Strong culinary knowledge and ability to execute recipes accurately
Flexible to work various shifts outlets weekends and holidays
Prior culinary experience required; leadership experience preferred
