Job Summary

Practice evidence-based medicine in a strong cohesive environment with excellent administrative support and designated OR time. Brown Health Medical Group in partnership with Brown University Healths Rhode Island Hospital has an opportunity for a GYN oncologist to join our collegial group.

The Job:

Provide comprehensive patient-centered care for women with gynecologic cancers including evaluation diagnosis surgical management and coordination of multidisciplinary treatment plans
Work in a highly collaborative setting with Obstetric Gynecologists Gyn-only providers MIGS Surgeons medical oncology radiation oncology palliative care.
Perform complex oncologic surgical cases including minimally invasive robotics and open procedures.
Participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards care conferences and treatment planning meetings
HIPEC program in place
2 clinic days per week 1-2 days OR/Robotics time and 1 day flex time
Surgery performed primarily at Rhode Island Hospital and clinic time nearby and a beautifully converted mill building
Opportunities to also work in Newport RI or Fall River MA
Teach residents and medical students with a Brown University academic appointment
