We are now looking for a dynamic and positive Quality Assruance Analyst to join and strengthen our growing operations in Colombia.
About the Role:
- Review and analyze the quality sample of the clients for whom it applies to ascertain the accuracy with which the client qualifies Besedo.
- Maintain constant communication with your manager team leader(s) of the assignment Team Manager Client Partner or Assignment Manager to report trends that may be impacting the results.
- To document the minutes with key trends and errors for socializing during monthly quality meetings.
- Participate in weekly meetings with clients to stay updated on rules and changes in processes.
Skills Knowledge & Expertise:
- Have an English Level B2 - C1. Additional languages is a plus.
- Have high attention to detail.
- Fashion knowledge is a plus.
- Analytical thinking.
- Planning and organizing skills.
- Be flexible and able to make quick decisions in a dynamic environment.
