Financial Assistance: Supporting the School Business Manager with basic financial tasks such as processing orders checking deliveries and managing small-scale petty cash transactions.
Event Coordination: Assisting in the organization of school events parents evenings and open daysfrom preparing digital invitations to coordinating logistical requirements.
Communication Support: Drafting professional correspondence to parents and external agencies and managing the schools central telephone system during peak periods.
