About the Role
As Pastry Chef youll take full ownership of the pastry section contributing to a team committed to excellence innovation and responsible sourcing.
Key Responsibilities:
Create elegant seasonal desserts pastries and breads to a 3 Rosette standard
Collaborate with the senior team on new menu ideas and recipe development
Ensure mise en place is fresh and complete for each service
Lead by example with high standards in hygiene consistency and organisation
Mentor junior chefs and guide their development
Record and cost all new recipes accurately
Support the teams broader sustainability initiatives and environmental goals
What Were Looking For
Experience in a multi-rosette or Michelin-standard kitchen
Strong technical skills in pastry bread and plated desserts
Creativity and an eye for detail in both flavour and presentation
A calm supportive presence in the kitchen
Passion for seasonal organic and sustainable food
