Kaseya isseeking ahighlyskilledand creativeSocial MediaManagerwith at leastfiveyears ofB2B social mediaexperience to add to its global marketingcommunicationsteam.This role is ideal for an experienced social media leader with deep B2B experience who can balance strategy execution and mentorship while helping to elevate brand reputation across Kaseya and its portfolio of brands.
A successfulsocial mediamanagerat Kaseyawill be able tocollaborate coordinate and drive online engagement strategiesthat build the positive reputation of the Kaseya family of brands globally as well as work on corporate communications initiatives todrive customer awareness and positive sentiment about Kaseyas vision strategy competitive differentiation and market momentum.
The positionrequires anunderstanding of social media best practices and a desire to research and explore new strategies. As a key member of the globalmarketing communicationsteam thesocial mediamanagerwillbe responsible forcollaborating and executing on social media marketing strategiesvideoand image creation to supportspecificinitiativesreporting on metrics and monitoring and managing brand reputation in social communities.
The ideal candidate will be both athinkerand a doer with a positive can-do attitude who brings fresh ideas and a creative approach to the organization with B2B global brand management experience.
StrategyandLeadership
- Own and evolve the global social media strategy across Kaseya and its family of brands ensuring alignment with business priorities and brand reputation goals
- Serve as a senior advisor on social media best practices platform trends and emerging opportunities
- Mentor and guide junior team members setting standards for quality tone and performance
ContentandCampaign Management
- Lead the development of content calendars for assigned business lines and major initiatives
- Oversee copywriting creative direction publishing and optimization of social content across platforms
- Ensure messaging consistency and brand alignment across all corporate and brand social channels
- Partner with internal teams to support product launches company milestones executive communications and major moments
Employee AdvocacyandInternal Enablement
- Manage and evolve the employee advocacy program in partnership with internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to create advocacy content that drives employee engagement and brand amplification
AnalyticsandOptimization
- Own weekly and monthly social media reporting translating performance data into insights and recommendations
- Continuouslyoptimizecontent and channel strategy based on performance metrics and audiencebehavior
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- BA/BS Degree in Journalism Communications or Marketingor relateddegree.
- Ability toestablishand meet tight deadlines change directions when necessary and manage multiple projects at once.
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentwithout direct supervision.
- B2Bpublic relationsandsocial media experience related to technology products ITsoftwareor related industrystronglypreferred.
- Demonstrated experience creating and editing shortform and longform video content for social platforms (e.g. LinkedIn Instagram YouTube) including basic motion captions and formatting for platform best practices.
- Experience withMeltwater Sprout SocialandCanvasoftware a plus.
