Job Summary
Youth Care has an opening for a PT LPN 20 hours/week with flexible schedule. Our program is recognized nationwide as a premier program for youth struggling with mental health issues. Job Responsibilities:
-- Maintains accurate and organized medical records for each student
-- schedules caregiver appointments as necessary and makes transportation arrangements for appointments
-- keep parents mentors and phase leaders apprised of students health
-- orders medications and ensures students prescription medications are kept in supply as needed
-- distributes medications to students at designated times
-- Attend to students and staff on campus with minor injuries and illnesses
-- Nursing Assessments and follow-up
-- Coordination of discharge plans for medical services
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduation from an accredited Nursing program. Active LPN License in the State of Utah.
A certain amount of walking and standing are often necessary to carry out job duties. Lifting/carrying will routinely exceed 10 pounds
