Key Responsibilities:
Manage multiple vendors and oversee B2B business loading.
DemonstrateexpertiseinbasicExcelrunmacros.
Collaborate closely with the Product Post Buyer and Sales teams.
Drive andoptimizeturnaround time for end-to-end order processing on assigned products.
Ensure accuracy in managing assigned products.
Maintain a comprehensive database of Vendor RTM/RA records.
Possess knowledge of the billing process including taxation aspects.
Oversee inventory management and ensure seamless operations.
Engage in result-oriented discussions across all functional groups.
Provide daily reports to the reporting manager.
Key Skills
Candidate with 4-5 years of experience.
Strong background knowledge in orderprocessingSkills.
Strongproficiencyin Excel; knowledge of Visual Basic is a plus.
Ability to collate and manage large volumes of data efficiently.
Excellent communication presentation and analytical skills.
Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with product sales and back-end teams.
