Job Summary:
Manager Customer Service will lead the Customer Service team (34 members) ensuring smooth daily operations. The role will enhance coordination across activities and maintain a high level of service and responsiveness to customers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assign tasks and responsibilities across the Customer Service team.
- Develop a strong understanding of the various customers accounts and working platforms.
- Provide professional guidance and support to Customer Service team members.
- Enhance alignment and coordination within the Customer Service team and ensure alignment with company targets and objectives.
- Ensure a high level of overall service and responsiveness to customers.
- Collect customer and internal feedback and recommend improvements and necessary operational changes to management.
- Prepare and submit periodic reports to the supervisor.
- Support recruiting activities and mentor new or existing team members.
- Personally manage selected key customer accounts as required.
- Take responsibility and accountability for the overall performance of the Customer Service team.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Organized and focused with strong attention to detail
Educational/Certification Requirement:
- BA in Logistics/operation/ admin Or related
Experience Requirement:
- Good command of Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and Word as well as SAP.
- At least 5 years of experience in Customer Service support within the Semiconductor industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills fostering effective collaboration across teams.
- Proven ability to multitask and manage priorities in fast-paced environments.
- Resilient under pressure capable of supporting dynamic market operations.
- Advanced English proficiency both written and verbal.
- GOOD proficiency in SAP
