Job Summary
MW Partners is currently seeking a Security Engineer to work for our client who is a global leader in multimedia and creativity software products.
Responsibilities and duties:
- Design develop and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Python and React JS with a strong focus on AI-driven functionality
- Build and enhance AI-powered internal tools that enable secure and intelligent software development practices
- Integrate and work extensively with AI/ML services (e.g. Azure OpenAI LLM APIs vector databases and related infrastructure)
- Implement features leveraging modern AI techniques such as prompt engineering model integration and retrieval-augmented systems
- Collaborate closely with product security and engineering teams to translate AI-driven use cases into robust technical solutions
- Contribute to system design and architecture with a focus on performance scalability and AI integration
- Actively participate in Agile development cycles including sprint planning code reviews and iterative delivery
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot Cursor) to accelerate engineering productivity
- Troubleshoot debug and optimize both application and AI system performance
- Stay current with advancements in AI/ML and apply them to improve product capabilities and developer workflows
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)
- 3 5 years of hands-on experience in software development with exposure to full-stack or backend systems
- Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript (React JS preferred)
- Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts and practical experience working with AI systems including:
- Large Language Models (LLMs) and their applications
- Prompt engineering and model interaction patterns
- Working with AI APIs (e.g. Azure OpenAI or similar platforms)
- Familiarity with vector databases embeddings or retrieval-based systems
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and cloud-native services
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines version control systems (Git) and modern development workflows
- Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
- Strong analytical problem-solving and debugging skills
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to emerging AI technologies in a fast-evolving landscape
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across cross-functional teams
- Interest in building secure AI-driven applications and improving developer productivity through innovation
