Job Summary

Job Title: Business analyst (15 years experience government domain preferred)

Location: Austin TX - Onsite

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Review analyze and evaluate business systems and user needs to document highly complex system requirements
Develop and maintain detailed system documentation to support business requirements system design and quality standards
Create and execute test plans; coordinate with end users to complete User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system validation
Analyze program policies and procedures to assess impact on automated systems and functional areas
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams for analysis design configuration testing and implementation activities
Reengineer existing business processes and identify new technology solutions to improve operational efficiency
Identify risks issues and dependencies; propose mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle
Communicate project updates risks and status to stakeholders through regular reporting
Facilitate full service request lifecycle including requirements gathering technical documentation review system integration and UAT prior to deployment
Collaborate with internal teams and work independently on complex assignments with minimal supervision
Ensure adherence to deadlines deliverables and quality standards
Attend meetings manage assigned tasks and maintain effective organization of work activities
Support system implementation aligned with federal child nutrition program requirements
Experience as a Business Analyst Systems Analyst or similar role
Experience working in Agile environments with user stories and backlog management
Proven experience acting as a liaison between business and IT teams
Experience with Texas Automated Nutrition System (TANS)
Experience writing system requirements aligned with federal child nutrition programs
Strong experience in requirements elicitation documentation and process modeling
Experience with UAT coordination test planning and validation processes
Excellent communication stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
