Job Description
We are seeking a hands-on Engineering Manager with a strong full-stack background in Java and React to lead the design development and delivery of scalable enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will combine technical depth with leadership capability actively contributing to architecture code quality and engineering best practices while managing and mentoring a high-performing team. This role requires experience in microservices architecture modern frontend development and automation-first engineering practices with a strong focus on building reliable and scalable systems in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a cross-functional full-stack engineering team (backend frontend QA)
- Drive the design and development of scalable applications using Java (Spring Boot) and React
- Own the end-to-end software development lifecycle including architecture development testing and deployment
- Define and enforce best practices for code quality performance security and scalability
- Provide technical leadership including architecture decisions code reviews and problem resolution
- Mentor and coach engineers supporting team growth and skill development
- Collaborate with product managers designers and stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and deliverables
- Implement and promote automation-first QA practices including tools like Playwright (TypeScript)
- Work with SQL and Python for data processing integrations and backend support
- Ensure effective use of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for continuous delivery
- Drive Agile methodologies and improve team productivity and delivery efficiency
