Full Stack Developer (Angular/Java) $79-89/Hr US-Based Cloud-Native Engineering
About the Role
Join an innovative team building modern scalable cloud-native applications for enterprise transformation. As a Full Stack Developer youll lead the modernization of legacy systems by leveraging cutting-edge AI tools and frameworks. Youll work in a collaborative agile environment fostering professional growth and impactful work.
Responsibilities
- Refactor legacy systems into microservices to enable scalability and maintainability
- Develop responsive user-centric frontends using Angular and TypeScript
- Build secure observable backend services leveraging Java and RESTful APIs
- Design and optimize SQL and NoSQL databases for cloud-native applications
- Deploy monitor and manage applications in containerized (Docker Kubernetes) and serverless environments
- Integrate DevSecOps practices and AI-powered tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot Claude Code) into development workflows
- Collaborate across teams participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to technical documentation and peer reviews
Required Skills and Experience
- 8 years of full software development lifecycle experience
- Expertise in Angular and TypeScript for frontend engineering
- Advanced Java backend development including RESTful API design and consumption
- Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL database design
- Proficiency with containerization (Docker Kubernetes)
- Experience with cloud-native or serverless deployments
- Familiarity with event-driven architectures
- Demonstrated integration of DevSecOps and AI tools into development
Preferred Skills
- Experience refactoring monolithic applications into microservices
- Familiarity with observability tools (Application Insights Prometheus)
- Experience with feature flags and progressive delivery
- Ability to write clean maintainable code and clear documentation
- Active participation in Agile ceremonies and peer reviews
