Scheduled Weekly Hours:

Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Vision Services Team as an Eyewear Specialist. In this role youll focus on delivering exceptional customer service while supporting optical sales in a unique setting that blends retail and healthcare.

Were looking for someone who is friendly confident and enjoys connecting with others in a one-on-one setting. The ideal candidate is comfortable offering personalized recommendations brings strong customer service skills and approaches each day with curiosity a willingness to learn and a positive upbeat attitude.

What is available:

Work 40 hours each week
Monday - Friday Day Shift
No Weekends or Holidays
Have the opportunity to travel to other Gundersen optical locations: Onalaska Tomah Winona Wabasha Waukon Decorah Prairie du Chein Black River Falls Whitehall Viroqua Sparta Hillsboro Friendship
Provide a quality optical experience to our patients and guests

What you will need:

High school diploma or equivalency
1 year of customer service experience
American Board of Opticianry (ABO) Certification within 18 months of hire
