Full Time - Hourly

At Hormel Foods base pay is one part of our total compensation package. The base hiring pay for this role is$21.80 per hour.

Job Responsibilities

Assist the supervisor by training developing & instructing group of employees who load birds (bird crew)
Assist with all implementation and enforcement of all company and departmental rules policies and programs.
Perform all tasks efficiently while attaining standard or better results.
Complete all required paperwork.
Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications:

Must possess a valid class D drivers license.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
No more than 1 moving violation in last 12 months or no more than 2 moving violations in last 36 months.
No DWI offenses in last 12 months or no more than 1 DWI offense in last 36 months
Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Able to follow bio security guidelines.
Ability to work a varied schedule (to include evenings and weekends).
Successful candidate must be detail oriented have well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
