The Global Client Leadis responsible fora key global client relationship overseeing its delivery in all relevant markets to drive growth retention and profitability ensuring overall client satisfaction.
This role involves developing and owning the Client Growth Plan overseeing commercial performance and ensuring operational excellence to position WPP Media as a trusted partner. The Lead manages client escalations ensures compliance andis responsible foroverall client satisfaction.
You will be part of the Client Leadership organization in the Global Solutions team contributing to our Vision 2030 by bringing together the best platforms people and partners to create innovative solutions that deliver unparalleled growth for brands. You will focus on contributing to our annual global targets for Net Sales Growth and margin and are accountable for achieving theKPIsrequiredto meet these targets.
You have a deep understanding of clients and their business with intuitive leadership skills thatestablishyou as a trusted advisor. As a positive and proactive leader you will guide high-performing multi-disciplinary client teams across markets championing a client-centric approach fostering collective leadership instilling accountability and nurturing talent.
Global Mindset
Responsible for indirectly managing diverse market teams across the globe you must be able to navigatedifferent cultureswith understanding respect and an openness to the nuances of local teams. Experience in global media or marketing is essential as you will need to understand how media experiences vary by country and be able to apply and scale learnings and results.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Leadership
- Client Growth & Development:Lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive Client Growth Plan defining the roadmap for expanding WPP Medias scope and revenue for the pursue breakthrough opportunities aligned with client business priorities.
- Client Leadership & Representation:Serve as the primary representative for the client within our company and the broader industry. Navigate evolving business models industry changes and group conflicts with skill and diplomacy.
- Client Management & Compliance:Oversee the end-to-end process of delivery planning client activation and measurement across all markets. Design and managea consistentclient experience from onboarding to execution ensuring exceptional value and measurable impact. Effectively manage client escalations conflicts and contract compliance. Proactively address challenges and evolving client needs while championing continuous improvement.
- Client Satisfaction:Youare responsible forthe clients Vantage Client Satisfaction Scores. You will foster a proactive culture across the client team to prioritize feedback and drive a successful improvement plan based on client satisfaction metrics.
- Stakeholder Management:Intuitively map navigate and inspire key client stakeholders from marketing to a solutions-oriented leader you will successfully upsell services and products acting as a role model for the client team to increase satisfaction will build trust with stakeholders and serve as a key advocate for WPP and its capabilities.
- Client Team & Local Market Management:Youare responsible forprioritizing and matching client needs with resource availability and talent development across indirectly managed global teams. With a can-do mentality you will make swift decisions implement effective solutions and communicate clearly with clients and internal teams.
Commercial Excellence
- Commercial Oversight & Financial Performance:You are accountable for the commercial performance of the client account including forecasting scoping staffing and profitability. You will manage the contract pricing model and investment strategy in collaboration with the MD of Global Clients and global commercial and investment leads.
- Product Utilization:Ensure all WPP Media products are beingutilizedand that the correct opt-ins and addendums are signed.
- Scope of Work:Manage and safeguard service delivery according to client contracts. Youare responsible forthetimelyalignment and management of the annual scope of work. Drive operational efficiency through effective forecasting timesheet management resource planning and optimization.
- Client Operations:Ensure efficient internal processes and continuous workflow optimization. Balance and manage both our own and the clients financial operations (e.g. credit management and payment terms).
