Lead Consultant - GenAI Engineer
Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant - GenAI Engineer (Cloud: GCP)

In this role The Data Scientist will apply advanced analytics machine learning GenAI and statistical modeling to generate actionable insights and solve complex business problems. The role involves data collection cleaning exploratory analysis feature engineering model development and integration of AI/ML solutions into dashboards and applications. The Data Scientist collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure models are aligned with business objectives reproducible and scalable.
Key Responsibilities:

Design develop and deploy Generative AI solutions using GCP services.
Build and optimize LLMbased applications using frameworks such as LangChain LlamaIndex or Vertex AI SDKs.
Leverage Vertex AI including Model Garden AutoML custom training and pipelines.
Implement prompt engineering finetuning RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) and embeddingbased search solutions.
Develop and manage data pipelines for training and inference using Big Query Cloud Storage Dataflow and Pub/Sub.
Integrate GenAI solutions with enterprise applications and APIs.
Ensure security governance and compliance best practices on GCP.
Monitor evaluate and optimize model performance cost and scalability.
Collaborate with data engineers architects and business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI solutions.
Stay up to date with emerging GenAI trends tools and GCP enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong handson experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Expertise in Vertex AI and GenAI capabilities.
Experience working with LLMs (Gemini PaLM OpenAI models or opensource models).
Proficiency in Python (mandatory); familiarity with REST APIs.
Solid understanding of ML/AI concepts NLP and deep learning fundamentals.
Experience with RAG architectures vector databases and embeddings.
Handson experience with Big Query Cloud Storage Cloud Functions Cloud Run or GKE.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and ML Ops practices.
Strong problemsolving and communication skills.
