Ascension Saint Thomas Rehabilitation Hospital is a 40- bed inpatient acute care rehabilitation hospital located in Nashville Tennessee.

How youll contribute

Apharmacy technicianwho excels in this role:

Prepare and label patient drug orders as directed by the pharmacist.
Deliver medications to medication rooms and nursing stations as appropriate.
Review anticipated admissions and medication administration records (MAR) to plan deliveries to automated dispensing machines.
Restock usable medications/IVs returned to the pharmacy; file medication orders per department procedure.
Replenish automated medication dispensing machines and document activities per policy.
Communicate stock utilization and ordering needs; assist with ordering inventory and supplies.
Perform other duties as assigned.
