Position Overview
BayCare Medical Group is a physician led organization seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Cardiovascular & Thoracic Surgeon to join a well-established high-performing surgical team. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a collaborative environment with strong institutional support and a growing cardiovascular program.
Position Highlights
- Join a team of 3 experienced Cardiovascular & Thoracic Surgeons
- APP support to enhance workflow efficiency and patient care
- Established referral base with consistent case volume
- Access to advanced technology and operating rooms within the Heart Institute
- Collegial culture with multidisciplinary collaboration
Practice Details
- Full spectrum of adult cardiovascular and thoracic surgery
- Strong hospital partnership and administrative support
- Emphasis on quality outcomes and patient-centered care
- Balanced call coverage shared among surgeons
Qualifications
Qualifications
Position Requires:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiothoracic Surgery
- Eligible for or active Florida medical license
- Experience or interest in a team-based high-acuity hospital setting
- Commitment to clinical excellence and collaboration
- Share call with three cardiothoracic surgeons.
