Responsibilities
Sets up the tray line assembles and serves meals. May also prepare salads desserts beverages and other miscellaneous food items. Occasionally may deliver meal trays to patient rooms and nursing units. Stocks reach-in-coolers condiment stations and workstations with proper items. Maintains cleanliness of work area.
Qualifications
REQUIRED:
1. Must be able to read write and follow written and oral instructions. 2. Must be able to perform basic mathematical calculations. 3. Demonstrated knowledge of common diet modifications. 4. Current BLS card (CPR). Class will be provided upon hire.
PREFERRED:
1. Six (6) months of Food Service experience.
