Location: Southeast Michigan (Detroit Metro) Toledo OH or Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex (Frisco Plano North Dallas preferred)
Reports To: CEO / Founder
Department: CCO Brands - Enterprise Operations & AI Strategy
Employment Type: Full-Time Hybrid Preferred On-Site Collaboration Expected
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly technical execution-focused AI Agent Manager to architect build deploy and manage a portfolio of AI agents inside ChatGPT and related AI ecosystems. This role is mission-critical and will directly support executive leadership across multiple operating companies under the CCO Brands umbrella.
Core Mission
Design deploy optimize and govern a coordinated AI Agent ecosystem that accelerates operational execution enhances marketing reach monitors competitive and industry signals strengthens customer responsiveness and enables leadership to operate at strategic altitude.
Primary Responsibilities
1. AI Agent Architecture & Buildout
Design and manage specialized AI agents including:
Blog content generation and SEO optimization
Podcast scripting and show notes production
Marketing campaign ideation and asset creation
Email response drafting and personalization
Competitive intelligence monitoring
Industry trend and news-cycle monitoring tied to customer/vendor lists
Automated opportunity surfacing via HubSpot data
Executive brief generation and meeting synthesis
2. Workflow Engineering
Translate business processes into AI-assisted workflows
Develop structured prompt libraries and standards
Implement governance and performance tracking
3. AI Governance & Risk Management
Establish secure data handling practices
Coordinate integration with HubSpot and related systems
Implement guardrails and quality assurance mechanisms
4. Cross-Functional Leadership Enablement
Train senior leaders on AI usage best practices
Develop departmental AI playbooks
Lead internal AI workshops
5. Performance Optimization
Measure ROI of AI agents
Track productivity gains and marketing velocity
Align AI systems with revenue growth objectives
Required Qualifications
Advanced experience building AI agents within ChatGPT or similar LLM ecosystems
Strong prompt engineering and workflow design skills
Experience integrating AI with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
Understanding of APIs and automation tools (Zapier Make etc.)
3-7 years in AI product management automation engineering or related fields
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in manufacturing staffing or industrial sectors
Familiarity with enterprise sales cycles
Exposure to private equity portfolio environments

Fully operational AI Agent ecosystem deployed across departments
Competitive intelligence pipeline active and actionable
Automated event-triggered outreach integrated with HubSpot
Documented AI operating manual in place
