At Pathways to Life we are seeking dedicated Personal Care Aides / CNAs who share our commitment to delivering high-quality person-centered care. This role is essential to supporting adults in maintaining independence dignity and meaningful connections within their community.

What Youll Do
In this role youll provide hands-on support and companionship to individuals in their homes helping them live safely and comfortably.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing dressing grooming and toileting
- Support mobility transfers and positioning to ensure safety and comfort
- Help with meal preparation feeding and dietary needs
- Provide companionship and engagement encouraging social interaction and mental stimulation
- Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean safe environment
- Communicate effectively with clients families and care team members
- Follow all safety infection control and care protocols
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
What Were Looking For
Were looking for compassionate dependable individuals who are committed to quality care and strong client relationships.
Qualifications:
- Active CNA certification (preferred or required based on role)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in home care personal care or assisted living preferred
- Strong understanding of basic caregiving practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation
