Job Summary
As a Sr TPM youll drive the development of next-generation features powered by advanced AI technologies including Generative Agentic and Real-time AI. Youll work closely with cross-functional teams including product management design and data science to design and deliver innovative solutions that leverage these AI technologies to enable seamless intelligent experiences. Youll also lead the integration of these advanced AI systems into Alexas core capabilities ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.
Key job responsibilities
- Lead Comms initiatives across sync async contacts management device software and common services.
- Partner with engineering teams leadership product management and UX to ensure were building the best customer experience using innovative technologies.
- Serve as the POC for broader Alexa mechanisms like LRs Deep Dives Product Days
- Stakeholder management across Alexa and partner teams and manage executive level communications
- Lead the roadmap prioritization process
- Manage cross functional quality initiatives like CPDR deep dives and fixes
- Establish and improve processes for managing complex cross-functional programs and coordinating release schedules
- 5 years of technical product or program management experience
- 7 years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 3 years of software development experience
- 5 years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams building processes and coordinating release schedules
- 5 years of project management disciplines including scope schedule budget quality along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience defining KPIs/SLAs used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
- Experience leading highly technical programs involving infrastructure complex systems systems engineering

The base salary range for this position is listed below. As a total compensation company Amazons package may include other elements such as sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
