We are seeking a self-sufficient and passionateTakaful Assistant Managerwho has to play a pivotal role indrivingtheadoption of Takafuland in growing the Takaful business of Pru Life UKthe first Takaful operator in the Philippines.
The role involves providing direct support inproductideation anddevelopment marketing and indeveloping strategic distributionpartnershipsto expandaccesstoShariah-compliant financial protection.
Job Accountabilities
- Support the identification and onboarding ofnew partners to expanddistribution channels.
- Help build long-term relationships withexisting partners tomaintainretention and growth.
- Assistinnegotiating terms financialschemesand in managing agreements with partners.
- Work with the internal teamsto develop Takaful productsand marketing campaigns for Takaful.
- Monitor product and partnership performanceproduce marketing and sales reportsand generate sales forecasts.
Job Specification:
- Bachelors degree in Business AdministrationFinance Math StatisticsMarketingIslamic Financeor a related field.
- At least 2 years inproduct development and marketingpartnership management business development or sales preferably within the insurancesector.Knowledgeof and background in Islamic finance preferred. Proven ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
- Excellentwritingcommunication and presentation skillsandwith the ability tocommunicate complex concepts to bothtechnical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong analyticalproblem-solvingand analytical and interpersonal skills.
