Job Summary

Are you ready to lead transformational change in one of South Africas most dynamic alcohol manufacturing and distribution companies Our client a leading player in the sector is seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of Business Solutions to drive innovation operational efficiency and digital excellence across the business.

About the Role

You will lead the Companys digital transformation by identifying and delivering technology solutions aligned with its enterprise architecture enabling the divisions regional and global strategies and driving the vision of the best-connected brewery. Focus is on transformation through technology process and transformative operating models. This is a hybrid role based in Stellenbosch giving you the flexibility to work from home while staying connected to the heart of operations.

Requirements

Education and Experience required:

Relevant Information Technology Degree.

Min 10 years of experience in IT with a focus on digital transformation and business solutions design.

7 years of progressive leadership experience in leading cross-functional teams and enterprise-wide programs operating and influencing effectively across the organisation and within complex contexts.

Proven experience in defining and executing digital and IT strategies and roadmaps aligned to business objectives and operating models.

Deep understanding of end-to-end business processes and best-of-breed operating models with the ability to translate business needs into scalable digital solutions.

Strong leadership experience managing and developing senior technology teams operating at expert level in Agile / Devops environment across multiple initiatives.

Demonstrated ability to drive business cultural and technology change with a strong focus on process transformation and continuous improvement in complex environments.

Exceptional communication and facilitation skills able to clearly articulate complex digital concepts to senior business leaders and influence decision-making at ExCo and board level.
