Responsibilities
- Assist in the formulation development process by conducting experiments to create and optimize product formulations.
- Perform analytical testing and evaluations to ensure product quality and compliance with specifications.
- Document experimental results and maintain accurate lab records in compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with Quality Control Managers senior chemists and cross-functional teams to troubleshoot formulation challenges and implement improvements.
- Participate in product stability studies and assist in the evaluation of raw materials.
- Contribute to the preparation of technical reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and standards.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Chemistry Chemical Engineering or a related field.
- Strong foundational knowledge in chemistry principles and laboratory techniques.
- Experience or familiarity with analytical instruments such as HPLC GC or UV-Vis spectroscopy is a plus.
- Proficiency in laboratory techniques including mixing weighing and measuring.
- Experience with data analysis software and documentation tools; knowledge of formulation software is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and safety protocols.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented environment and communicate effectively.
- Strong analytical skills attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot formulation challenges.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
- Enthusiastic approach to learning and professional development within the field of formulation chemistry.
