Overview:
The Aftersales Policy & Standards Management is responsible for leading the development and implementation of aftersales policies and standards to ensure operational efficiency and service excellence. This role plays a key part in enhancing the customer experience and driving aftersales business growth across the network.
Responsibilities:
1. Aftersales Policy & Standards Management:
- Develop and implement global aftersales policies and standards across the network.
- Evaluate policy effectiveness and propose improvements aligned with operational strategies and business direction.
2. Service KPI Management:
- Develop and define service operational KPIs for each market/region.
- Allocate KPIs to relevant stakeholders and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Monitor analyze and report KPI performance on a periodic basis.
3. Pricing Strategy (Spare Parts & Accessories):
- Develop and manage global pricing policies for spare parts and accessories.
- Regularly review and evaluate pricing effectiveness and propose adjustments.
- Calculate and define wholesale pricing for distributors/dealers and retail pricing for end customers.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or above in Business Administration Automotive Economics or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in aftersales/service operations in the automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of service operations KPI management and pricing strategies.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Good command of English is preferred.
