Were seeking anOracle Cloud Transformation Leadto drive end-to-end transformation initiatives leveraging Oracle Fusion Cloud applications. This role requires strong leadership deep functional and technical knowledge of Oracle Fusion SaaS modules and the ability to manage complex business change programs. Youll act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders technical teams and external partners to ensure seamless delivery of transformation objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Leadership
- Lead the Oracle Fusion SaaS transformation program across Finance Procurement HR and other relevant modules
- Define and execute the roadmap for migration from legacy systems to Oracle Fusion Cloud
- Lead a team of Consultants Architects and Engineers with skills across all areas to work on Oracle Transformation Projects moving clients to an Oracle Cloud-based solution
Solution Design & Delivery
- Oversee solution architecture configuration and integration of Oracle Fusion SaaS applications
- Ensure compliance with best practices security standards and regulatory requirements
- Interpret client business requirements to enable the design of Oracle Cloud-based solutions in a hybrid environment fitting new with old services:
- SaaS (Cloud Applications)
- PaaS (Integration Cloud (OIC) Database Cloud Service (DBCS) Analytics Cloud (OAC) Data Integrator (OCI DI) Identity Cloud Service (IDCS))
- IaaS (Cloud Hosted Solutions)
Vendor & Partner Coordination
- Manage relationships with Oracle and implementation partners to ensure timely and quality delivery
Governance & Risk Management
- Establish governance frameworks for project execution and monitor adherence to timelines and budgets
- Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies
Stakeholder Management
- Engage with senior business leaders to understand requirements and align transformation goals with organizational strategy
- Communicate progress risks and mitigation plans effectively to executive stakeholders
What youll bring:
- 8 years of experience in ERP transformation programs with at least 5 years in Oracle Fusion Cloud SaaS
- Proven track record of leading large-scale Oracle Fusion implementations
- Detailed knowledge of multiple Oracle Cloud-based solutions covering:
- Oracle SaaS-based applications (Finance and SCM)
- Oracle IaaS
- Oracle PaaS
- Experience in successful end-to-end delivery of Oracle Transformation Projects in a senior capacity
- Experienced in leading a team with a range of skills and allocating work to them monitoring the work and supporting when needed
- Proven experience of meeting and working with client senior-level stakeholders
- Demonstrable experience of gathering customer requirements in workshops meetings and one-to-one discussions
- Demonstrable experience of interpreting the requirements and design of the Oracle Cloud applications to support requirements and business processes
- Must be eligible for UK high level clearance and UK sole national
