About the role

The Head of IT Data & Digital leads a small team to define and deliver the IT and Data & Digital strategies to support Bush Heritage Australias 2030 Strategy aspirations and beyond. The IT Data & Digital team is responsible for infrastructure data management security systems architecture communications and development and support.

Reporting to the Executive Manager Corporate Services & Chief Finance Officer the Head of IT Data & Digital will lead relevant strategy and planning processes across Bush Heritage Australia and innovation initiatives including data intelligence and analysis and applications of AI.

What youll need to succeed

  • 5 years experience in IT leadership senior digital or technology leadership roles.
  • Breadth ofexperience across multiple technical domains enterprise architecture security technology consulting large-scale program delivery or change and transition management.

  • Proven track record in automation system integration and cloud technologies.

  • Strong project management and change leadership skills.

  • Astrong interest in data management and analysis and a desire to effectively harness emerging technology opportunities.
  • Experience with Application Programming Interfaces (APT) development.

  • Demonstrable knowledge of cybersecurity data privacy and compliance standards.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
