Job Summary
Education:
- Bachelors (Masters Preferred) in business economics or other related quantitative field
Languages:
- Strong English communication capability as well as relevant local language skills to drive the team and drive change. Experience working in multiple countries with multiple languages and currencies is a plus
Experience / Professional requirements/ preferences:
- 2 years analytics system usage and management experience (preferably Einstein Analytics and Tableau)
- 2 years experience with data processing automation tools/ ETLs (Alteryx preferred)
- Administrator Certified preferred
- Field sales or marketing experience preferred
- Successful commercial change management experience
- Strong quantitative aptitude
- Deep understanding of field force technologies (e.g. CRM systems tablet hardware analytics systems preferred)
- Understanding of Japan Healthcare Market Environment preferred
