Job Summary
Anderson University a NCAA Division III institution and a member of the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference is accepting applications for a full-time head coach for the womens volleyball program. Head coach responsibilities include but are not limited to: overseeing all phases of a competitive Division III womens volleyball program; supervising assistant coaches budget management recruiting game scheduling and travel player development and team building practice oversight game coaching fundraising and alumni relations. Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will have a minimum of a bachelors degree (required); a masters degree is preferred. Also required are previous coaching experience (collegiate preferred); a clear understanding of NCAA III philosophy and the student-athlete experience; ability to recruit in Indiana and contiguous states; ability to work as a part of a team environment; a demonstrated commitment to the Anderson University mission and Christian lifestyle. Must demonstrate the ability to communicate with a diverse student body faculty and staff effective problem solving skills and personal initiative.
Benefits: This a 12-month position qualifying for full-time benefits.
