Job Details:

Mercer Athletics is searching for an Assistant Coach for Womens Soccer.


Responsibilities:

The assistant coach is responsible for assisting the head coach in all facets of a highly competitive DI womens soccer program. Duties include on-field coaching recruiting monitoring of student-athletes academic progress video analysis/breakdown other duties as assigned by head coach and compliance with NCAA and Southern Conference rules and regulations.

Qualifications:

A bachelors degree from an accredited college/university and prior collegiate or professional coaching or playing experience are required. A masters degree Division I coaching or playing experience and recruiting experience are highly desirable. Experience with and knowledge of NCAA rules required. The successful candidate must have a strong desire along with the ability to promote womens soccer to the general public. The candidate must demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills and be able to work effectively with staff faculty and other members of the campus and community.

Candidates must have a valid drivers license and be insurable by the universitys carrier.
