DRAM Product Engineer LPDDR Design for Test

Responsibilities

• Product Engineering for Low Power DRAM (LPDDR) products supporting Mobile Automotive and Data Center applications
• Develop and maintain test flows to improve yield and quality throughout NPI and HVM phases.
• Perform failure analysis through data mining tester analysis and silicon characterization.
• Drive and implement root cause fixes in collaboration with Circuit Design and Fab Process teams.
• Validate circuit functionality and electrical performance across different operating conditions.
• Support NPI activities including bringup characterization and cross-site handover.

Required Skills

• Experience with EFA PFA Process wafer-level testing burn-in reliability test program development.
• Understanding of semiconductor devices and DRAM fundamentals.
• Data-driven problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze yield reliability and test data.
• Good understanding of IC build and semiconductor devices.
• Basic programming capability.
• Experience in test data analysis automation or scripting is highly desirable
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and global teams
• Familiarity with LPDDR architecture and JEDEC specifications is a strong plus

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with LPDDR or DRAM product engineering.
• Knowledge of Process Probe test (wafer level) burn-in boards burn-in systems or stress test hardware.
• Experience with semiconductor test flows.
• Familiarity with probe (wafer level) and backend test flows.
• Experience supporting NPI ramps and manufacturing scale-up.

CrossFunctionalCollaboration

• Partner closely with Engineering Manufacturing and Marketing organizations
• Work with Micron Memory Japan and US Product Engineering teams
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance Process Integration Application Engineering and Test Solutions teams
• Participate incrosssitetechnical alignment and handover betweenTaiwanJapan and other global teams

Education

• Required: Bachelors orMasters degree in Electrical Engineering Computer Scienceor related field
• Desired: Background in VLSI Semiconductor Physics or Nanotechnology
• Preferred: Japanese language capability is a plus
