The Finance Team
We offer you a formative internship in the heart of the financial machine of a fast growing company. Accompanied by Mathieu - founder and CFO Olivier - VP Finance and Ha - FP&A manager you will have the opportunity to take a variety of operational and analytical missions as well as in large-scale projects.
Your role:
Management control reporting business analysis (50%) :
- Updating monthly financial reports (P&L BS and CF) for all Ovrsea entities to the Comex and shareholders
- Financial planning : elaboration on quarterly forecast and budget
- Elaborating of the financial communication of the company (external with preparation of boards internal with all hands meeting)
- Building processes to achieve a perfect accuracy and automate manual process
- Ad-hoc strategic finance (competition benchmark and sector analysis)
Accounting and Operational Finance (30%) :
- Involvement in Accounting process (ex: accounting reconciliation cut-off)
- Implementation of new financial processes
Business partner especially with HR and Sales (20%) :
- You will have the opportunity to work on other projects for OVRSEA (ex: implementation of analysis on recruitment processes)
- You will have to guarantee the best interaction with other departments and advocate OVRSEA culture
Are you The One
Available from June/July 2026 for a duration of 6 months.
- A master student from a top business or engineering school with majors in finance business analytics or any related area.
- Native or fluent French speaker with a good level of English.
- Curious about financial controlling and comfortable with figures/database.
- Fast-learner and ability to work on different topics simultaneously.
- Serious with a true professional ethic.
- Autonomous and highly motivated to join a startup that is transforming the international transport sector.
- A first experience in a start-up or in finance is a plus but not mandatory.
- Experienced with ERP (ex: Pigment) or BI tools (ex: Metabase Power BI) is a plus but not mandatory.

Our recruitment process
- Screening call with Ha (direct manager) to see if your goal fits with us (15 minutes)
- First interview with Ha to see your understanding on business model (45 minutes)
- Second interview: Present a take-home business case to Ha and Olivier (1 hour)
- Speed recruiting: An informal meeting with Mathieu - founder and CFO (30 minutes)
