Education Qualification: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 7 years of relevant experience.

The Associate consultant ensures seamless delivery of IT and business services to clients. This role bridges customer expectations with operational execution focusing on service quality performance and continuous improvement. This role involves research analysis and assisting in the design and implementation of strategies that improve business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Support
- Assist in gathering requirements and understanding client needs.
- Provide daytoday support to senior consultants and project teams.
- Analysis & Research
- Collect and analyze data to identify trends risks and opportunities.
- Prepare reports presentations and documentation for client engagements.
- Solution Development
- Contribute to developing recommendations and strategies.
- Support implementation of solutions across business processes IT systems or organizational structures.
- Project Assistance
- Help manage timelines deliverables and stakeholder communications.
- Ensure compliance with project standards and methodologies.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Effective communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools; familiarity with data analysis software is a plus.
- Adaptability and eagerness to learn in dynamic environments.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business IT Engineering or related field
- 7 years of relevant experience
Certifications in consulting methodologies or IT frameworks (e.g. ITIL Agile) are advantageous.
