Job Summary
Claiborne Senior Living is seeking a reliable and hands-on Maintenance Assistant to support the daily upkeep safety and appearance of our senior living community.

What Youll Do
- Assist with routine maintenance and repair of building systems
- Support preventative maintenance programs
- Perform minor plumbing electrical HVAC and carpentry tasks
- Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain grounds common areas and equipment
- Follow safety and OSHA guidelines
- Assist with emergency repairs as needed
- Help maintain organized maintenance records
What Were Looking For
- High school diploma or GED
- 13 years of maintenance or facilities experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of building systems (HVAC plumbing electrical)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Dependable and able to work independently
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
- Willingness to be flexible for occasional emergency response needs
