Job Summary
The Maintenance Planner is responsible for preparing organizing and scheduling all preventive and corrective maintenance activities in TEF3. The position ensures maintenance work is properly planned with the correct materials tools and time to minimize downtime and keep equipment available for production. The Planner works closely with the Maintenance System Specialist (MSS) to keep SAP PM data accurate and with the Reliability Engineer (RE) to improve PM frequencies and reduce repetitive breakdowns. This role focuses on practical coordination discipline in data entry and communication with technicians and production teams.

Responsibilities and Main Tasks
Preventive Maintenance (PM) Planning & Scheduling
Plans and schedules all preventive maintenance work according to SAP PM plans and available resources.
Coordinates with production to plan equipment downtime and avoid interference with production targets.
Adjusts schedules based on equipment performance and feedback from the Reliability Engineer and MSS.
Work Order Preparation & Execution Control
Reviews incoming work orders and prepares materials tools and safety instructions before execution.
Ensures all job details are clear and that work orders are correctly completed in SAP PM.
Works with MSS to verify data accuracy and closure of completed work orders.
Spare Parts & MAZE Coordination
Ensures MAZE are available for planned jobs and coordinates with the Tool Crib / MAZE technician.
Checks part usage and supports optimization to avoid shortages or excess stock.
Supports new product launches by defining spare part lists PM documentation and initial setup together with MSS and RE.
PM Documentation & System Data Accuracy
Keeps PM job plans checklists and inspection sheets updated with latest instructions.
Verifies that all PM results are recorded correctly in SAP PM.
Supports MSS during audits or system updates to ensure data integrity and compliance.
TPM & BPS Activities on Shopfloor
Supports Autonomous Maintenance (AM) and trains operators on basic checks and cleaning tasks.
Tracks PM compliance equipment uptime and open actions in TPM boards.
Promotes teamwork and improvement activities following BPS standards.
Reliability Feedback & Continuous Improvement
Provides accurate equipment data and technician feedback for reliability analysis.
Participates in meetings with MSS and RE to improve PM content or frequency.
Supports Industry 4.0 initiatives by maintaining planning accuracy and equipment data transparency.
Team Communication & Coordination
Communicates daily schedule priorities and MAE availability with MFOs and TEF3 teams.
Follows up with technicians to ensure jobs are completed safely and on time.
Shares performance results and planning KPIs with the team.
Qualifications
SAP Plant Maintenance (PMP) planning scheduling and feedback entry- Intermediate
MAE Asset Management equipment identification and lifecycle documentation -Intermediate
Spare-Part Management (MAZE) usage tracking and coordination with Tool Crib -Senior
Maintenance KPI Analytics & Cost Control data collection and accuracy for reporting -Intermediate
Competence Program Coordination supports TPM / AM training and skill tracking -Intermediate
Data Quality and Documentation Control ensures completion of PMs and system updates -Senior
Microsoft Excel / Power BI / Data Tools daily use for schedules KPIs and trend charts-Intermediate
