Per Diem. Hours and schedule vary. Minimum of 16 hours per week with every other weekend rotation. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

UW Healths Specialty Pharmacy team is growing!
We are seeking Pharmacy Technician Specialist Per Diem to:
- Experience a well-rounded view of pharmacy services including mail services specialty pharmacy medication histories prior authorizations and potential for research projects.
- Help support our pharmacy services across the entire Madison area.
- Be a strong team player highly detail-oriented and a critical thinker who easily identifies how to prioritize work and manage time within a busy work environment.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent Required
- Completion of an accredited pharmacy technician training program Preferred
Work Experience
- 6 months experience as a pharmacy technician completion of accredited Pharmacy Technician Training Program or completion of second year of pharmacy school. Required
Licenses & Certifications
- Wisconsin Pharmacy Technician Registration Upon Hire Required
- Certified Pharmacy Technician Preferred
